With the closure of the EMA/RETM museum line between April and July 2024, the museum society operates heritage trams on two routes through the city; the normal Tourist circular route 20 and a special Heritage route 30B which operates a circular service using several section no longer served by passenger carrying cars. Departing Dam Square every hour, the tram takes the loop round the Palace into Rokin and runs via Vijzelstraat, Ferdinand Bolstraat, Beethovenstraat, Olympiaweg, Amstelveenseweg, Haarlemmermeer Station, De Lairessestraat, Gabriel Matsustraat, Vijzelstraat, Dam Square.
