আপনাকে আর খাবার খেতে হবে না,আপনি ওইসব ই দেখুন সব কিছু ঠিক ঠাক ভাবে হচ্ছে কি না,কোনো জায়গায় খেতে যান ? না কি বাড়িতেই ঝোল ভাত খান,আপনি স্ট্রিট ফুডের মজা আর কি নেবেন,আপনি তো চায়না town এর খবর খেতেই পারবেন না,কলকাতার স্ট্রিট ফুডের খাবার মনে হয় না আপনি খেয়েছেন, অত সব দেখলে আর মজাদার খাবার খেতে হবে না
Back then before 80's, Authentic naan shop owners used to make dough using their feet. LoL. Their logic was that feet are as similarly dirty as hand could be. It is improvement that they are using hands at least.
In Rawalpindi , at khohati Bazar, kartarpura and Banni bazars, tandori baqarkhani is prepared. I think instead of using Margarine, here they use CHARBI or low class butter to make. That's why, they appear Whitish and make the throats coughing.... At Lahore, here, it is good. Professor ishtiaq Ahmed Qamar Rawalpindi Pakistan 🇵🇰

Baqar khani is originally a Bangladeshi bread mainly made in old Dhaka. I had it once in Dhaka long time back for business purposes. This Pakistani version is no way near to that.
