In Punjab -Dhudh soda is very old drink. In our childhood we buy red soda bottle - bring home drink by adding sweet chilled milk ( soda bottle bunte wali - means kancha - glass goli - child used to play with kancha - kancha is used to lock the soda bottle mouth -) Now red soda bottle is not seen so Rood afza is used for red colour. Try to eat Luci - very very thin huge puri type - nowadays you can eat in Navratra days.

Sharma ji Amritsar main ek halwai katra dullo ke paas main gobhi ki sabji banaate hae. Yeh sabji bahut purani recepie hae or gullu da phool ke naam se mashhoor hae. Gullu shayad un halwai ji ka naam hae.

Are bhai jab aapne kaha na ki maja nahi aaya gol gappe main fir bola ki ese nahi ese maja aaega main bhi soch raha tha ki dip karke jo nikalte hai na gol gappe osme Maja aata😂😂
