I was told it's good to eat yogurt with it. Since it kills good & bad germs & drink plenty of water because it also dehydrates body

Now here is a major worry. I recently had a course of amoxycillin to cover a dental implant. I looked at the packaging, with slightly misleading address of origin. I traced it with the help of google from London to Malta and then to Hyderabad in India. Now this is my concern, peasants in the countryside who have never had a therapeutic dose in their lives are suffering antibiotic resistance through environmental pollution through irresponsible disposable of manufacturing waste. Most manufacturers have sighted up to a protocol of responsibility but the Hyderabad company producing my prescription has not signed up. So we also have to have concern about the integrity of the pharmaceutical industry in some countries.

True. Its messed up here in India. On top of that last year our government eased the environmental laws in a way that companies can now do it in open, without facing any charges. @@AKT1610 thank you for telling us this. I am so concerned that this is the case and so sorry for the grief your general population is currently suffering due to covid. I know life is cheap in India but I wish it was otherwise. So many miserable lives for commercial gain.

What timing ! I’m on a seven day course of Amoxicillin for a sinus infection. Haven’t taken antibiotics for years as I try to heal it with more natural supplements but this time the Doc said , no, you need the antibiotics now.

I took amoxicillin for a tooth infection and it did absolutely nothing for my sinus infection.

I had to take amoxicillin after my dog bit me on my finger this past January. My finger started turning blue - indicative of Capnocytophaga Canimorsus - which is fatal. It’s a bacteria in Canine Saliva. I took 875’s for 3 weeks, but I also have Hemochromatosis that affected my liver. The Amoxicillin put my ALT out of range. It was affecting my liver. Luckily I was able to take it long enough to kill the infection. It required a real balancing act.

My son had a lot of ear and sinus infections when he was a child and was on tons of antibiotics. Now as an adult he has ligament problems and difficulty healing. All due to overuse of antibiotics!!! So be careful!!! What can we do to help his ligaments now??? No one knows!!!

@Francine Suan Please look into Borage oil. I had extreme negative side affects from this drug with my muscles in my chest and thought I had a heart attack. Your son might have a lot of inflammation issues with the ligaments. I researched taking borage oil and it healed my issue 85%! It’s been a year and two months now and still have my issue a bit and it pops up here and there but I’ll take the borage oil and within a day it’s better. I’m so sorry this happened to your son. It must be very painful for him. Antibiotics are dangerous. People need to be aware! I hope you find healing 💖 God bless

Liquid echinacea will kick strep throat faster than antibiotics ever could. And you won't get a rebound effect either.

@@KatErina-ii6ru Yes it is, and you're quite welcome. For active infections I usually take one full dropper full every 3 hours until the bottle is gone. Once the bottle is open it begins to lose its strength, so it does need to be taken in its entirety. It's also excellent for a topical wounds. Good stuff, that.

@@adrienemurphy1110 I've never known stomach upset to accompany this treatment. Putting it in water is simply a personal preference. Some echinacea is extracted with alcohol, some with water so it simply depends on your palate. I don't mind the flavor, personally. It just tastes like nature to me. lol

Liquid echinacea. That's the only antibiotic that I have used for myself and my family in almost 30 years. Works on strep throat within hours

Your doctor needs to know if it's Bacterial, viral, or Fungal to give proper meds. ALSO, the factory farms use antibiotics to fatten up the animals. Be aware that even one round of antibiotics can have your intestinal flora upset for a year or so unless you take some probiotics, but preferably not at the same time of day as antibiotic.

Do not ever take Cipro!!! People are in wheelchairs from it now. It’s dangerous! Go read reviews of it online. That drug should be taken off the market.

I got hematospermia and urologist wanted me on levofloxin which I refused. I found a urologist to give me doxycillin which I took for 6 weeks. Taken on empty stomach with lots of water worked and minimal intestinal flora dieoff.

I really shouldn't be watching this considering I am on Amox/clauv for 22 days bc of a reccurant sinus infection post surgery due to me quitting the LAST round in November. But here I am to freak myself out and possibly quit again.😩
