There’s nothing that Amos Lee can’t sing. He is such a beautiful talented man with a beautiful soul and he’s so humble and has awesome funny humor. Absolutely love Amos Lee🌹♥️

Was at this show, so so amazing. Still get goosebumps hearing it.

The actual live performance was breathtaking, and the GnR fans there were thrilled not to mention of course Amos' own fans!

Well, I wasn't planning on shedding any tears tonight, but here they are. I was planning on being a little critical. I'm a musician, not a great one but I can hold my own. Wow, I was surprised by the soul in this cover. I wish I could have been there to hear and feel this one! This cover, like the original, is very full of sound. Unlike GnR when they perform this song line, it's not always full or fulfilling. My hat is off to all of you for learning this song in short notice, holy hell that's beyond impressive. This is beautiful, thank you for putting this out into the world where it has blessed my ears with compounding beauty

Yeah, that's what happens when one is concentrating on actually delivering an excellent vocal as opposed to "entertaining"

I don't understand all the negative comments. This song is so hard to cover... the piano, strings, guitar solos.... man! It's a great thing that these musicians decided to try to do this! Of course, they are not GN'R - this band won't come back! It's not the same, but I'm glad that I could listen to this cover :)

Gotta agree with the others... This song was made for axl... Amos sounds good, but he doesn't own it, he covered it.

I like Amos Lee but they obviously haven't practiced the song very much and the performance is embarrassing.

I saw Amos Lee in concert in Nanaimo (BC, Canada) at the Port Theatre. He left me breathless. No one in the audience was disappointed. I first heard him interviewed on Saturday Night Blues, on CBC radio, and fell in love with his music then. Seeing him live (and sitting about four rows from the front! woohoo!) sealed it for me. Amazing ....

GNR is an absolute favorite of mine... and I'll be honest I've never heard Amos Lee perform before, but this is an incredible performance.

Saw Amos Lee 1st time on the river in Eagle, Idaho August 10th, 2010 about 200 people showed up. Again in Salt Lake Lake City in 2016

This is my fav song on the planet. Always will be. Got a little upset that Amos sang it but he nailed it. I think he's the only other person other than axl that should be allowed to sing this. Also Excellent electric guitar. Wish I could have been there !!!!

I just discovered Amos the other week. I saw GNR as my first concert in 1988 when they opened for Aerosmith. I was 14 then. Something else to check out is Slash playing hotel California with Don Felder on you tube. This was an awesome cover

Nice work! Probably the best cover of this song I have heard. You very clearly love the song and feel it as well. I have to tell you though, as a die hard Guns N' Roses fan, there was something missing from it. I do not mean Axl Rose either. As I listen to the original, I see the story play out in my head. When I heard yours, while I enjoyed it immensely, I did not get that effect. I wonder if anyone else experienced this as well?

Amos...there is absolutely NOTHING I dislike about him. Totally diggin his sound.

I dont know whether Amos made this his own or the song owned him , but I do know this , he left it as it was originally orchestrated, and let you know one more incredible unique voice sung his heart out on this one , and that's how he made it his own. Outstanding . He did Guns N Rose proud !!!
