I just did Laser Lance + Laser Dagger and it worked out pretty well

I do that think I've ever felt bad for beating a mission in Armored Core before.

yeah i just used the same loadout i used for the entire game, which i call 'SHOOP DA WHOOP'. It's a wheelchair build with dual wield double-barrel laser rifles, and laser cannons on the back

This is my usual general mission loadout as well. I just change out to Harris and plasma missiles depending on the situation. The only time i needed the Zimmies was with Ibis(Cel-214 something)

I finished like this. A pinch of health with a few leftover MTs, but I had no ammo left so I had to punch them to death while dodging their fire lol

AOE weapons do beautiful things for the MT/copters scattered around the map here (plasma weapons, grenades, some charged lasers), but don't forget to save some more serious fire to burn down Michigan with... also, don't forget that its a lot easier to punch out/kick MTs than an AC, so if you have ammo issues then you may find it practical to use the terrain to separate Michigan from the rest to kill him, before going Bruce Lee on everything left (my first time through I killed him and then had to punch out the heavy MT and a few stragglers).

All you have to do is pew pew and if that doesn’t work you pew pew pew some more.

Exactly, my first try i lacked the pew pew so I changed my weapon to pew pew some more.

Skip watching the video do this instead. - Use terapod legs with efficient energy usage - duel plasma rifles on arms - duel missles (any) on shoulder Strategy: fly to top of center broken lazer gun thing immediately then go from recovering on that to floating in the air constantly, while shooting the little guys on the ground with missles (using mulitple lock on) and destroy g1 michigan with duel plasma rifle alternating fire spam + missles. Easy victory. No hassle

The reason people have problems with this mission is because they play meta, which is usually dual zims or lings. Because those weapons burn through ammo super quick, most people don't have ammo reserves. Just use Ransetsu RF. Trust me.

one of the few missions that is easier when you put down the zimmermans, unfortunately so far I've only found 3 missions including this one where zimmermans aren't good

This mission was such BS for me that I had to cheese it by luring Michigan out then taking potshots from the top of the middle structure. Michigan is the only enemy that can hover up there to meet you, so I got plenty of chances to hit him with bazookas and grenade launchers.

literally just use flame throwers. makes this mission actually a joke. make sure to use a stun needle or something long rang on the back to hit helicopters
