I had some doubts for the VR game, since Vr Chat already kind of has it. But this trailer actually DOES look promising. I love the venting animation. I love how the body just kind of bounces when killed. I love how the tasks work. This actually looks promising, good thing I have an Oculus Quest! Keep up the great work! Also, one thing I DID kind of notice. This may just be me, but at 1:02, the lighting makes Yellow look more Orange. I can see this causing confusion in the game

Now just imagine what the Airship would look like in VR.

Wow, bringing among us to vr gives the game a whole new level of intensity! I keep wondering what it will look like, the kill animations, venting, if there will be more roles (if so then what its like to shapeshift), etc. So far I am not disappointed

I was about to go to bed during the game awards but I thought I could watch a bit more of it and it was worth it because I was so excited to see that this was coming out I might get a vr headset just for this game

We’ve been memeing among us so hard that we forget that it’s an actual well thought out game, and now it’s finally in VR!

I really like the killing animations. It's such a small thing lol but that little "wiggle" a crewmate's body does before falling is a really nice touch.

Honestly if it has proximity voice chat this will be amazing

This has to be one of the best indie games to date. From an underrated game with p2p maps, to easily having a VR game! Great job Innersloth!

I don't have a VR headset to play this but it's still cool

I really hope we will be able to see ourselves flying in space and seeing the ship if we get voted out. (Just a little animation where the crew is standing near a large window and looking outside, and the other guy is in space looking at the ship and the crew standing inside) Also, I hope all the cosmetics items from the original game will be there!

In the vr version while we are doing tasks we can still look around and I love it cause it makes the game easier

hey innersloth, i just wanna say, i really appreciate you guys. youve been so receptive to the community, and y'all are just so wholesome in general!

A thing I noticed is that we see a dead body on its back and some on the front so maybe we could figure out who could be a impostor based on the direction the corpse fell. If they were killed from behind the body would fall forward like normal but if they were killed from the front maybe they will fall backwards instead? Even if I’m just over analysing it and it’s just randomised it’s still really cool the level of detail this game has! Great job innersloth!

“Coming Holliday 2022” Looks like it’s gonna be the cherry on top of this year!

this is really cool and i see a sabotage doors in shields, somethting that wasn't in the original game also i see some new tasks, now this is why it stands out more then the vr chat version now we need to get the new roles and maps and this will be the best

How exciting.. I can’t wait to see if OTV would play this version!!

Who knew back then when inner-sloth said among us will never get popular. We must appreciate to this day how much Among has improved

First off. You guys did so well in keeping all this a surprise from us until now. This will be #1 on the buy list on steam and meta. PSVR2 will have their moment, but let's appreciate the effort they showcased. Day 1 Buy!!!

If animation seems slow, try to remember that this is still early development & that Innersloth are not a Triple-A dev team with a lot of resources to their name. With what little they have, they definitely achieved what fans wanted. A VR version of Among Us.

Huh, Just Want To Be Famous

I really like playing Among Us, but there are two big flaws that can often spoil the game: 1) Crewmates grouping together, thereby denying the Imposter any opportunity at all to land even a single kill. 2) When you're a ghost and have finished your tasks, there is absolutely nothing left for you to do but wait out the rest of the game (unless you're lucky enough to receive the 'Guardian Angel' role). A great way Innersloth could fix both of these flaws would be to add the option of having some sort of AI-controlled "evil ghost" that can appear on the map and hunt the crew. Here's how this idea would work; after some time has passed, an "evil ghost" (or something of the like) will spawn on the map and wander aimlessly through the halls looking for prey. If it finds a player--whether they be Crewmate or Imposter--it will attempt to chase them down and kill them (perhaps causing a red flash on all players' screens upon doing so, thus signaling to the crew that this kill was done by the evil ghost and not the Imposter so that the latter can't try to blame their own kills on the ghost). This Evil Ghost would move at only 70% or so of the crew's set speed, making it fairly easy to outrun if targeted (unless the Imposter closes the doors to trap you in the same room as it!), and it would have a very limited field of vision but would be drawn to rooms where multiple players are present at a time, thus discouraging them from grouping together any longer than necessary. It would also be drawn to the ghosts of defeated players (although it still prioritizes targeting the living ones if it can), and so dead crewmates can use this to their advantage and try to lure the evil ghost away from their living teammates...or even towards the Imposter himself. (Likewise, the ghosts of dead Imposters could also attempt to lure the evil ghost towards living crewmates as well.) And when the lights go out, perhaps the evil ghost's vision could be widely expanded, increasing the threat it poses to the crew until the lights are fixed. It's just a thought, anyway, but it sure would be neat if Innersloth actually sees this comment and considers doing something like this. Even if they don't go with this exact idea, any new mechanic that would discourage crewmates from extensively grouping and/or provides ghosts with some way to continue contributing to the game even after finishing their tasks would surely be a welcome update.
