Such an underrated film, I miss that Sheffield skyline and the memories this film and soundtrack bring.

Ray Marland who was a National Grid Linesman, looked after the interests of the NG during the filming of this movie and was mentioned in the credits. They said the tower will remain pink for just a short while "emulsion paint". However, it retained its pink garb until it was demolished several years later; by which time it had a website of its own. Cheers Ray, AKA Howling Mad, enjoyed working with you mate, John

Oh I don't live in cardboard box. Only my memory's are in a card board box mate for what box would I live in.

@@Tony-xn7sd I think one of the lads has sadly passed away. If I’m not mistaken; the one with the story of the cow eating the sandwiches, Roger I think. It’s a fascinating documentary. Very well made. Don’t think the job is like that now.
