But a 250-pounder standout UFC fighter like Ciryl Gane, Tai Tuivasa or Curtis Blaydes, to name a few, would literally kill him :-)

First album in yhears i havent found boring, the new one is awesome though!

This track reminds me how much I miss Bolt Thrower and how much I hope they would rethink and get back in the saddle.. even if the cannons has faded. With a few more listens, this could end up being my new favorite AA track.

This is not viking metal x') Viking metal is a mixture of heavy and black metal with folk metal elements. Ereb altor, bathory, thyrfing and some others bands are "Viking metal" if we consider this genre to even exist. Amon amarth is melodic death metal/death metal.

I'm not going to lie, this is an amazing track. I loved it. It feels more classic and aggressive, like With Oden on Our Side, Versus the World, and Twilight of the Thunder God. The kind of outright aggression, anger, and hostility that I feel has had fewer tracks on albums since Father of the Wolf. (I say that as someone who has loved Father of the Wolf, Jomsviking, and Berserkr. They are amazing too. But every piece of art is different.) Great Heathen Army is looking to be absolutely amazing.

@@9hk38f Hah, fair! Didn't mean anything negative by it. I just feel like we haven't had as many tracks like this, The Hero, For the Stabwounds in Our Backs, and A Beast Am I on the recent albums. They've done similar songs on recent albums, it just hasn't seemed like they make up as much of the albums. That's no complaint from me. I've loved all the albums they've put out going all the way back to Versus the World. Amon Amarth doing Amon Amarth, but like the Amon Amarth that used to do Amon Amarth a little differently but is now bringing that Amon Amarth energy to the same Amon Amarth we all love.

Awesome track, i get some massive Twilight flashbacks. Having Erick Redbeard in the video is incredible, the man is a massive metal head that was wearing a different band shirt every week when he was in WWE

I recently re-discovered Amon Amarth after having heard Pursuit of Vikings a few times on Headbangers Ball back in the day. God damn, I missed out. Definitely one of my top 5 bands now! AMON AMARTH!

Erick redbeard is a beast. I’m a huge fan of his. It’s great to see him in this video.

These guys are carving themselves out quite the legacy. Quickly moving up the ranks, they're definitely a top 10 metal band all time now. A couple more years like this they're easily top 5. Such consistent quality for 30 years now. I can't think of any other metal bands that stayed at such a high level for so long. The rest of the greats had massive errors in judgement.

Amon Amarth consistently disappoints. I loved this band in their golden age but with a few exceptions they've been trying to recreate the magic of Twilight of the Thunder God for a decade with depreciating values every time. Too much change can turn your fans against you but all the same complete stagnation in a single sound for this long is not fun to listen too. Their best songs in the last decade have been the ones that actually try something different, unfortunately there's maybe one or two of those per album.

Man, this band just knocks out the park every time

"Get in the Ring" is the perfect title and theme for Erick Redbeard(Rowan) to participate in... this is a true Vikings reunion... INSANE!!!🤘🏼😎🤘🏼
