Jai Ma! Please include me in your prayers. I do have courage, but I am among the most vulnerable and I live alone, so I have to go out every now and then to buy food. Switzerland, where I live, is heavily affected by the virus, especially the city in which I live. Jai Ma! Vierotchka Dear Amma sis, 1) ONLY bleech kills Corona. If u have no pets, dilute bleech1cap with half or 1liter water, spray entrance!!, bathroom, kitchen. The evaporated bleech will kill virus in the air too. DO NOT OVERUSE!! Use common sense!! Moist EVERYTHING with diluted bleech OR soap if you touched them outside and brought into home, including food package plastic, vinyl where Corona stays for three days! 2) Boil half liter hot water at lowest heat, add teatree and eucalyptus oil, or if no herb available, pinch salt. Inhale the steam from nose and mouth for 30min. This feels very soothing AND kills bacteria. 3) Put Vaporub in ur nose when u go out. Put wet tissue inside ur mask and renew often. 4) Constantly have mint or other candies to keep throat moist 5) Take aspirine or other pain or fever killer u usually take if u feel light chill. DO NOT let Corona take u over! 6) Drink lots of warm water or tea, chai. 7) Gargle liquids from drugstores u must NOT spit out immediately but keep them inside for one minute. 8) If u have the courage, clean ur toilet with sponge every day 💗BEAR HANDED💗 thanking God for all ur grateful about. This is a powerful life changing karma cleansing. AUM NAMAH SHIVAYA!!!!!
