Not even kidding it’s thank to YOU that my hair is longer then it’s ever been (waist length) because a year ago I got consistent with my aryveda routine using your recipes and tips, I also started taking msm, and sleeping on a satin pillow case and I’m not kidding my hair has grown more in the last year then in 10 years!!!!!!!! Hi CP.. I learned about amla, fenugreek and henna from you only a year ago . ( I binged watched all of your videos) I am a new natural and I tell you no lie with everything you have recommended my hair has grown 11 inches which has allowed me to cut off all of my relaxed hair and now has shoulder length hair… yes in 1 year!!!! Hi when I started my journey I used Mielle pomegranate shampoo and conditioner and then used Shea Moisture Jamaicans Black castor oil masque as my WEEKLY deep conditioner I added 1 tsp of Amla powder ( take out the amount of conditioner necessary for your hair length /put it in a bowl and mix in the powder ) and cover hair strands!!! Cover with plastic cap and left this in for 30 minutes and rinsed out.. weekly !!!

I added aloe vera powder, slippery elm, fenugreek powder, glycerin, cocoa butter, shea butter, rosemary/ peppermint/ lavender EO's and DIY Onion and Garlic Oil. I'm so used to Henna my hair felt dryer but when I rinsed I was surprised. I had the strength and the hidration. Henna is bae but I want to experiment with amla and moringa to see what changes it will bring to my hair.

Hello beautiful! I haven't watched your videos in a long time but I came back because it's time to get back into hair growth mode. I had a major setback in February. Went to a salon to color my hair and it was a massive bleach disaster. Went from waist length back to shoulder length and I am still cutting hair off. But I'm to the point now where I can now start focusing on growing it out again. Uuughh!!! Took me 2 yrs to grow my hair out following your methods and I can attest that these regimens work. My hair was thick, luscious and frizz free so we are going to try to get back to that once again.

I'm new to Ayurveda as well but haven't been able to keep a consistent wash routine. I did a gloss for the first time this past Sunday and I was blown away by the results!!!! That alone has made me want to stay consistent with my routine and start using the Ayurveda faithfully now. I'm already using the CP funegreek elixir and I have never seen results like this when I used other growth oils!!! I also have the CP henna Aloe that I need to use consistently. I’m very addicted to your aloe henna mask. I love henna period. It is the truth. Been using henna since 2007. I must say since takin your advice on different ways to incorporate henna, my hair is stronger, growing, retaining length and the breakage has stopped completely. My hair challenge is mainly my frontal and a few weak spots on my edges, much improvement after a year hair journey. My only hope is these masks will always be available. I just received the henna full strength but I’m in the market for a good super dark indigo. Hennasooq had good crops for a while then something happened to their indigo for a while. It just did not work well. I should be loyal and try them again. If anyone tried their indigo lately or know of a good source please let me kn. Thank you. Beautiful packaging btw. I’m excited to try it all.

@@NichelleLC Hi mine is actually a fenugreek lightweight grease with all of the mentioned ingredients ( oils, powders, henna etc) but there's oils also. I have heavy, wavy/curly nearly thigh length, low porosity natural hair so I didn't want anything too heavy while maintaining the integrity of my strands. Confined perfection

I cannot wait to try this! I just used your Fenugreek Recipe and noticed my hair is a bit hard but I forgot its like a protein treatment. Using this mask is the focus on only moisture? Will it make my hair hard or good to use since I did a Fenugreek Mask? How often would you use this mask?
