Atlast someone remembered LEGENDARY Amit Kumar... It was sad to see that bollywood music industry never remember or didn't give respect to 80's hit machine LEGEND AMIT KUMAR ...even singers like Md.Aziz, Anuradha Paudwal Kavita Krishnamurthy Sudesh Bhosle Sadhna Sargam Suresh Wadkar Shabbir Kumar Nitin Mukesh Sapna Mukherjee Usha Utthup also were not remembered... It's very sad... Shame to bollywood.

You were the only last hope for Hindi film music. It's sad for Hindi film music industry, that the film music is dead now. I am also big fan of Amit Kumar. I like his songs in Raju Chacha, Dillagi and many others composed by you.

Amit Kumaar sahab can sing soft as well as rock and party songs. So versatile he is.

Kabhi Haan Kabhi Naa is a gem of a movie. All characters will bring a smile on your face ,each time you watch the movie. Aur music ke baare mein kya baatayein. All superhits. Especially when the movie credits start with Deewana Dil Deewana, mind blowing. Amit kumar was absolutely fantastic, especially the last soft antara ‘ Toota sitaara ko ......’, mind blowing

He is my first favourite artist.... It's true that he had not got his due..His voice is too melodious..

No dount kishor da was the bests and in those times amd may be it will be for nexts many decades coming. His voices and his life will be memorable forever Ami je koshor kumar ganguli, many songs in many languages.

We need a video on the Khamoshi album. The entire soundtrack had a unique feel of its own. Need more anecdotes about it !!

Amit Kumar is talented artist like his father. I love his 70s and 80s hits when his voice was tender and suited really well for romantic songs. Later in 90s his voice tonal quality changed. His songs in Tezaab sound different from his songs in early 80s. But no doubt he is a great artist. He has completed 55 years in the industry.
