Man, Duncan and Harry just needed to apply themselves to make a good house. I always knew Duncan was good since he built a lot of S.o.I buildings back in the day but I haven’t seen him do lots since. Once they did the train in the last series I was reminded of that. Proud of my boys for making it look so good!

The old tekkit castle was a classic

The button to change recipes is in fact a mod itself, polymorph. Its makes it much easier to make modpacks as you dont need to change all the conflicting recipes, but also opens the floodgates as now mod makers dont care try to avoid used recipes.

Yeah, worst polymorph recipe I’ve seen is/was in BCG i think, where the recipe to make oak shelves was the same as oak slab

and the fun thing about traveller's backpacks is that some of the different types have special effects, like iirc the spider backpack make it so that you can climb walls

The style roof they decided on is similar to a "dutch revival" style house popular in the American East coast.

How can people NOT think Linoone is cute, too? He's just a fuzzy lad! I do appreciate Harry addressing it, but I also find myself agreeing with him. Linoone's a good'n.

Polymorph is the mod that gives you the recipe conflict button, and it does not work with Tom's storage in this version. The maker of Polymorph has known about the issue for a long time but seems unwilling to fix it. And since this pack decided to be Fabric we are just kind of screwed and stuck with Tom's. Applied Energistics is on this version of Fabric, but most of its addons are not, so it is pretty useless. Hence why Tom's is the one in the pack and we are just stuck with ALL kinds of recipe conflicts.

Honestly, I like the butt bots. Sure, they have butt profile pictures, but the fact they're oddly wholesome is so much better than some... Other bots I've seen.

Another reminder to claim your chunks (with the FTB Chunks Claim Manager button top left when you open your inv) to protect against creeper explosions. And you can make mega torches too to prevent mob spawns.

Some of the backpacks in that mod have great side benefits like Fire immunity and such you should check out (I think its the blaze or magma cube backpack) Just make sure to turn the ability on in the backpack inventory Also make sure to make the inventory size upgrades

I actually love that backpack mod. Some packs provide really good buffs.

I've got the cat backpack and the speed buff applies for pokemon (even your pokemon) so you often get the speed. I will say it is a bit janky cause the speed buff sometimes ends before being reapplied.

The backpack is the same one from that mod pack that Duncan played with Lewis and co where you could get married and have kids (baby fartface or something?) with villagers in the nether.... They were constantly dying of hunger and thirst so I remember the water buckets in the back pack. 😂

I am all for the booby roof meta, but I feel when you place it on the side you're looking at, it's sadly not going to look much like a booby roof anymore.

hm why is that the backpack mod in here, adventurers backpacks is more a predecessor to the ones they were using in vaulthunters, sophisticated backpacks. Its ok but always been a bit lacking. Last time they used it was all the way be in blast off. Back then no of the backpacks mod partially stood out. Is it just because of its hose? Its fluid tanks were its only gimmick, but it hardly stands up to the current sophisticated backpacks mod. And as create being in here tells me the version is a newer one that it would be available for. Mod Minecraft can be broken down into kind of eras. You have the tinkers era, where it was THE absolute tool solution, were extra utilities was the mod farm with drops of evil. Were ae2 was your computer Then you had the shift were refined storage and drawers took the stage, mobgrinding utilities took over mob farms, tinkers nerfed itself into the ground and create emerged as well as the sophisticated backpacks. Its weird it went with adventurers backpacks instead. Side note I would currently list botania as more important than ever. With the absence of tinker tools there is a major gap for reliable tools, but even more so than that is that all of the current tools now can use enchantments. With ender io not updating past 1.12 we lack its enchanter were you could targeted craft specific enchants. The best you can do now is the whole industrial forgoing enchantment factory and extractor to spawn a ton of books. But the botania mana enchanter is suddenly way more important, as you can reuse books infinity with it. That on top of its tools being sold and reliable both early and late game make it a very solid tool option. Other options a lot go for its blood magics tools or astral sorceries, but those options take a lot more commitment before giving you a starting tool. A manasteel pick on the other hand is a very easy to get mending iron pick. And the enchanter as well can be made rather easily not even needing you to open the alfheim portal or face the guardian, just a block of lapis, six diamonds, one blaze rod and some gold and iron. Hell if your ok with the enchantment application taking a little longer you can even do without the blaze rod. Plus this there is the Terrashatterer, which is a very solid pickaxe/hammer for a endgame tool.

Because when they were building this pack Sophisticated was NOT a thing on Fabric. Sophisticated backpacks and storage wasn't added to fabric 1.20.1 until about 3 weeks ago, and it is bugged currently. Plus it is an Unofficial port, so.....

@@krazzykid1734 wait, the pack is on fabric, why? That is extremely limiting for no reason. There is so many more options with forge for modpacks. Fabric is only good for mostly vanilla packs. And this has some rather heavy mods like cobblemon and as well as season based mods, on top of create and vehicles.

@@crazysupernovagaming3638 While I have maintained sticking to ae2's ME, I have to admit refined has a fair number of advantages. The channel limit just forces more cables than otherwise needed and more complicated layouts. The only thing the ME brings to the table refined lacks is the spatial drives. But the thing that causes me to actually stick to the ME is actually the material cost. The ME needs a ton of iron, gold, diamond and other matts, but refined is all focused on iron usage. As when mining I come back with a variety of ore vs concentrated iron, I find it easier to supply the matts for the ME.
