If there was a fence around the donkey’s little shed, he could roam freely between grazing area and the shed and he wouldn’t have to be tied up. I hear they are intelligent and sensitive animals who don’t do well in isolation. I hope you won’t think of me as a silly American city dweller for feeling this way. I have lots of admiration and respect for your family. Here in NYC I am fortunate to know people from all over the world, including Iran, and to see our commonalities as well as what makes us unique, but it is a treat to be able to escape into the mountains there with your harmonious family.

I like it when Amir feeds the dogs. He divides the food equally and separately. He doesn't allow the dogs to bother each other or take the other dogs food. They eat calmly and fairly.

And most nomadic families rely on donkeys for getting firewoods and stuff. You can fry it but it takes lots of oil. I steam it first then I fry it. Make sure you peel the skin off. Add little bit of turmeric, salt pepper and lots of chopped garlic tomato I also add little bit of tomato paste. I add eggs to it very delicious.
