Great explanation, Im aiming to expand my knowledge on enzymes, amino acids , active sites etc. Any suggestions on how I can become efficient in identifying, modifying and producing enzymes? Thank you.

i would suggest taking a day and memorizing the amino acids so that you are more familiar when you come by them and their common functions in a peptide chain. To understand enzymatic functions, you have to first understand what makes them up -> amino acids.
