Because you always ended up getting the empty milk bottle from the castle and wasn’t able to get rid of it, I used to leave it on the witch’s island so that she could use it to put her potions in. That’s how my five year old brain worked

Really detailed graphics and good music to boot.

Probably the biggest and most polished of the bunch with a kick-ass music to boot. It's between this and Prince of Yolkfolk for me for the best Dizzy game.

As a kid, I had Magicland, Prince of the Yolkfolk, and Fantasy World, and per chance, they might be the best three, certainly for the music on them.

I can't believe you could get to the end only to find out you needed to be colecting ALL the diamonds.

They should release a remastered version of the dizzy series on PlayStation and Xbox I’d 100% buy that

I loved the one with the well and the guiser and the frog. The dizzy games were amazing😊😊😊

This tune is fab. I had forgotten how good it was back in the day, even though it annoyed my mum.

I had the amstrad version the music was a completly different tune. I wonder why 🤔

@@emmaberridge9512 I think that the Amstrad is an older computer. I would imagine that they developed the game and the Atari ST (my computer) had more processing power for the tune. It does look quite different on an Amstrad. All great machines though.

used to play this back in the day, the walls inside the castle always reminds me of Gods (the game) and i totally forgot this game had stonehenge in it lol

For someone who's got the chance to play this game after 27 (I presume) long years, one thing that always gets me tense is crossing the water by hoping on the lily pads. You need to remember to jump from the absolute edge, or you'll splash into the water and lose a life.

I wonder what Dora and Prince Charming got up to after they disappeared?

I was playing this game when i was 5, i had won the Prince of Yolkfolk but i couldn't find a way to pass the lava on Magicland! The problem was i was dying so often i was bored to start it all over from the start till i figured it out...

Counting from Wikipedia, 15 Dizzy games were released in the last century (not all of them are on Amiga, though).

It happens from time to time. There are some players in this channel that simply love Dizzy and its many ports. Personally, I don't mind. Fantastic Dizzy for DOS was one of my favorite games from my childhood.

Yeah I completed this with the infinite lives cheat. It didn't seem like a lives kind of games but it was amazing how easy it was to fuck up those simple jumps over the water. The sharks fin and the moving bridge etc

Notice when Dizzy helps someone, they do one!

The Amiga versions of Dizzy games never quite had the same magic as the Spectrum and could actually be kind of annoying. But they definitely improved over time, and some of the later ones (like this, and Prince of the Yolk Folk) were really quite decent, fun and nice-looking, with great music. Is it wrong that I find Daisy attractive?

I hate that egg.
