Cool, have you had any of these things in this video? If so, which ones and what did you think of them?

I'm sure some Dutchies would send you more of the things you like if you ask for it and had an address to send it. The ontbijtkoek ( Ont bite cook) you need to eat with butter :-)

I don't like ontbijtkoek at all even though I'm Dutch. And the kaneelstok I usually just lick, not bite it.

perhaps they were just old and stale, but they definitely weren't our favorite in this video

Joppie saus is eaten on French fries as a condiment here in the Netherlands

I assume those stroopwafels might have gotten a bit stale, laying it atop a cup of hot coffee or tea allows it to soften

Dutch is hard to pronounce by any anglophonic people. Just 1 tip: if you invert the English oe and oo, you got the Dutch way of pronouncing a few things. Not going to tell you how to prnonounce ontbijtkoek, but it means breakfast cookie. The so-called "Zuurstok" you do not bite, you suck on it. (Which is why it is great on fairs etc, because it lasts very long.)
