    I grew up in Nigeria and moved to America when I was 11 and haven’t been back since. I’m almost 22 and almost every snack/drink she pulled out made me cry inside a little...I would pay any amount of money for a can of LAcasera and locozade😭😂

    This peanut is actually a Ghanaian snack made in Ghana. The pronunciation is INKATIA BOGA( NKATIA burga) on the packet) . Boga(burga) in Ghana basically is the name given to someone, one mostly men who came home from living abroad for a long time. It was mostly used in the 80s and 90. In that era people always thought your life was better when you got back. Like you upgraded of some sort. Hence the name for this peanut which means the peanut got an upgrade. As you can tell it did. Dipped in butter and fried.

    They're in Ghana because most of them are NOT Nigerian snacks. They're British products made in Nigeria or imported into Nigeria. All former colonies will have same or similar type products.

    I haven't been back since my family immigrated to America in 2005. So this video is giving me all the feels. Cabin biscuits, man that takes me back! I remember in elementary school I would put a lot of Nido in a cup, add a little bit of water, and break cabin biscuits into it, mix it all and eat that as a snack (ate it really quickly before the biscuits melted)....good times. Thanks for the mems!!!

But....in Africa, if you're not black, then automatically they categorize you as white be it Arab, mixed race, Hispanic Mexican etc. They are all "types" of white to them. Its the native Africans who use this. Westernized Africans use mixed, race and other classifications not native Africans.

    3:20 Nigeria was colonised by the british so we mostly use their wordings that’s why we refer to cookies as “biscuits”

    @@oluochogu1567 actually, Nigeria is not sharing any borders with Ghana. So we're supposed to be most closest to Togo, Benin, Chad, and Cameroon than Ghana. But what United us and separated the others is the colonial language we both speak: English. So you could say out unity is all thanks to the Whyte colonial people

    Chapman I hear was made in Lagos in the Polo Club early on. By a Nigerian bartender who would usually make specials for a Mr. Chapman who was his regular customer at the polo club bar or so... Maybe I get my exact facts wrong could've been the Ikoyi country club but that's basically the story.
