Question 1 It’s the pronunciation of different alphabet each containing on top or bottom of it some lines each has different tones pronunciation which is known as Tajwed it’s complicated to explain there are rules of pronunciation Question 2 Who found it’s was revealed as revelation which was brought down by Angel Gabriel who taught the Prophet (PBUH) by oral memorization then the Prophet(PBUH) went to his companions who could write and they wrote it down

It is advised/recommended/preferred/encouraged to recite the Quran as beautifully as one can.

I thought his recitation not that great, and thought it would have been better to chose other reciters or at least read it as a text , I mean the intonation,.. so it is great hear that others like it..which means it is just my personal taste, but to me really did not like it, it is a style to teach newbies in Quran..

I agree though we should make effort to recite the best we can, but they, having many great option, many many many great reciter, i wished they had chosen one of those reciters that many like.. after all since we should recite it as best as we could, we can also choose the best reciters too .. thanks for the reply

The Kuran reading guys voice is annoying when singing. If you don't have a singing voice, than read it beautifully as you can. Don't sing it, it becomes wrong

He's not singing, he's applying the rules of tajweed. You have to say it like that at the bare minimum for it to have its meaning. @@sapkakaplan986

When you learn to read the Qur'an, we learn rules of reading which teaches us how to recite the way it was revealed. For example, we can tell when to recite a word and hold the note for a few seconds. Tajweed teaches us how to recite melodic and there are different styles of reciting. I can read the Qur'an and I am an American revert. This book is truly a miracle from Allah.

The melody and singing is the miracle of quraan itself and even by listening to quraan makes soul in peace

Arabic langguage has different meaning if sound produced in different location in your mouth ( short sound /long sound / character coming different location of mouth ( mahraj) from inside/outside ) . For non arabic / not understand arabaic >> if not read properly it will give different meaning.

The way to read the Qur'an that is good and right has a law rule called "Tajweed" because if it is wrong in the way of pronouncing and reading it, it will change the true meaning in the Qur'an itself. For a simple example of the word > Aameen = accept our prayer. > Aamen = ask for help. > Ameen = Honest. > Amen = Safe. Hope this helps

@@adnanrashtogi4553 it's actually very simple for us but seeing it from someone else's perspective then it's complicated we are get tutored from when we're 5-7 everyday even in rain days we are told every pronounciation and the way to pronounce it even the slightest stutter makes it wrong but one more thing if you pronounced and try again you get more good deeds for trying your best

Hi Steph , About the recitation appearing to be like a melody , first of all there are rules of reciting which are followed such as making vowels long and other rules but the actual sound of what appears to be a melody is dependent on the reciter himself and you would find some reciting more beautifully than others according to the voice and gift that God has given each one , but overall, we were asked by the prophet PBU to beautify the reciting with our voices as much as we can , and to tell you the truth the eloquence of the Quran along with recitation rules such as long vowels, and other rules , and additionally some rhymes help reciters a great deal in doing a great Job in reciting the Quran.

Nobody found it. It didn't came as a book to the prophet. The Quran revelation was completed in 23 years. Means it got written down by the companions of the prophet in a time period of 23 years. Because the verses were being revealed according to the life experiences and situations and the people asking questions from the prophet about certain matters then the verse regarding that matter would be revealed. And revealed means angel Gabriel revealed the verses to the prophet and prophet listened then memorized and then recited to the people and then the people wrote down the verses and that's exactly what we have today called as quran.

So to answer your questions he didn’t find a book it was revealed over the course of 23 years and memorized because of how easy it was to memorize and written down by companions and after his death they assembled all the written n memorized verses to form what we now have as the Quran. Also your other question about how it sounds like it’s being sung how that’s how you recite Quran and how it’s pronounced the word Quran translates to Recitation in English ❤

Ever heard of the miracle that people say Quran is like a living being and it occasionally talks to you when you read?. Well, at 14:58 when he looks away the verse goes.. "So Where Are You Heading?"

We don't have to recite it in this way, especially when we are explaining things, not reading for praying. But some people insist in reciting it's like this every were, any moment. In fact it's not a big deal, it shows how much they respect it. But it's not a must especially in a case like this vedeo

I dont know if anyone has answered this question but im glad to answer the melody question. You see when something rhymes hinse we remember it easily. The abcs rhyme so the kids get them easy when they teach you about compasses and north south east west theres a alittle rhyme depending where u grew up never eat shredded wieners or soggy weiners. So if ur gonna remember something through melodies and rhymes your brain can lock it easy. Ez short sura kul huwalahi ahad. Allahu samad Lamyalid walam yulad Walam yakullahu kufuwan ahad

You have to read it like that because it makes you reflect upon it better. Peace, There are specific rules for "reciting" the Qur'an. And, there are numerous ways to accomplish that as long as the reader follows the rules. They are not difficult, they take practice. Now, I don't have a "melodic" voice and I do my best to simply "read" the words following the recitation rules. On the other hand, there are "Amazing" reciters that bring tears to your eyes when you listen to them.

4:50 Arabic is one of those languages that has emphasis on the length of the pronounciation, there are short and long vowels. The length is quantified as harakat, measure in 1, 2, 4, 6, 8 harakat. If your rythm is 1 second per harakat, then 8 harakat is 8 second. Secondly, note that the Quran is often worded in a way that the syllables kinda rhyme and repetitive, like a rap lyric. Thirdly, there's a hadith where the prophet said that reading Quran melodicly is better and rewarded. And there's disciplines to follow when reading it, where to stop, where you must continue, if you've used all your breath there's a proper rules on how much you should retrace and then continue. Verses where God is warning us, then there's a way to read it. Verses where God is showing mercy, there's also a way to read it. Considering all these, you'd end up reading it melodicly. There are many melody.

It is a combnation of two things. 1. Is called tajweed, where there is a certin way to read and recite the quran, that follows specific rukes. And those sules, help emphsize the recitation. 2. Is making it sound as good as u can follown said rules, by using these rules it actully help in the recitation and making it sound better. But its not singing as most ppl understand it.

The argument about Warqah is he died really early after he met the prophet. And the Quran was revealed over the length of the prophethood some in responses to the situation happening to the prophet or things that happens among the muslims. If you think about it even in a chapter certain verses revealed at different times over the years and to unique situations yet it is arranged perfectly as it has been planned in advance, human mind could not do that.

Peace, The question you ask has a simple answer. The Qur'an is not the book that we read on paper or on screen. The Qur'an was transmitted (revealed) to the Prophet Muhammad through his interactions with the Angel Gabriel. The Prophet interacted with Gabriel who instructed him to recite specific "verses" and then told him where to place these verses in the book. When that interaction was complete, the Prophet recited the same verses verbally to whomever was present with him at the time. He instructed them to place these verses in specific locations in the "book". All this was done verbally, and those who knew how to write and read also wrote them down. The majority of people memorized he words and knew exactly where they fit. This may sound fantastical only because our current society in this century is "not" an oral society. We now rely heavily on the written word and to some degree on audio and video to acquire information. The Arabs 1440 years ago were fully "Oral", meaning that the overwhelming population did not read or write. Therefore, they relied on their memories from infancy to keep track of events in life. The "Ancient" Arabs were known for their eloquence and their ability to create amazing poetry on the spot. That was normal in Arabia. Therefore, memorizing the Qur'an and knowing where verses fit was a easy for them. They relied on a common skill practiced by the whole society. The entire Qur'an took 23 years from the first verse, we prefer to call it "Ayah", to the last "Ayah". Why? Many reasons, and the most commonly referenced reason is that the "verses" were revealed based on timely events and as needed. This is a short version of where and how the Qur'an came into existence. If I made a mistake, that's my human error.

Your first question, yes the recitation is unique to the Quran, it is called Tajwid. It doesn't consist of just making it a melody, it has its rules. The second question, the Quran is the word of Allah given to Jibreel the angel, who went to the messenger Muhammad ﷺ and recited it to him, because Muhammad ﷺ was the prophet, then the prophet memorized it and recited it to the people.
