Responding to banter by acting like a psycho would instantly make you the school punching bag. It's weird to my British ears hearing you mention safe spaces when you respond to a joke with violence but I guess that's a cultural thing.

It would also definitely spark many more comments 😂😂 "Your mum is fit, uh oh, you gonna hit me??"

My boy when an Xbox kid told him he'd "f...ed his mum". "Really....have you seen my mum... NOBODY wants to f..k my mum" Just a quick fire reply all be it not very flattering, although I did remind him somebody must've done at least 3 times cheeky little shit!

Brits are notoriously violent, especially when someone makes joke about their football club or nations evil imperialistic deeds throughout the world. Must be a cultural thing

Eh? Whenever someone says “chewsday” a Brit usually responds with school shooting and 9/11 jokes 💀💀
When Will drop-kicks the front door just as the woman opens it still gets me! 😆 -x-

FUCK, MRS SPRINGETT!!
responding to mum jokes with a punch would just get u bullied. mums jokes just touch the surface. the banter is a lot more extreme but it’s just banter
Will talking about hosting a party on facebook, 4000 people show up, and him on the news saying "things just got out of hand" is likely a reference to that exact situation in Australia in 2007, where a sixteen year old hosted a party and invited people through mySpace, hundreds of people showed up, cops and choppers showed up, and lines pretty well in line with what will said on the news. Corey Worthington was his name

it also inspired Project X
In school in the uk talking about someone's mum was a standard daily event.
It always amuses me(/bemuses me) how Americans have this hang up about banter involving their mums as teenagers. It was basically the bread and butter, standard wind up here among male friends (I'm in my late 30s, in N Ireland, but it's the same type of humour as England). The more suggestive and filthy the funnier! Seems such a silly thing to take seriously, and a bit kinda . . . humourless among your friends at that adolescent stage where it's an unspoken agreement that it's just bantz.

Yep we 100% draw the line at making fun of one's mother

@@EmbraceTheSuck21It takes up such a percentage of this show, and the heart of their friendships with each other, I guess it must take away a lot of the show's relatability if that's not your culture. But then, this is why these channels are so enjoyable, learning these things. I wonder what this says about the difference in cultures there vs here - in terms of where we draw the line among friends.

@stickytapenrust6869

@@EmbraceTheSuck21We don’t make fun of people’s actual mums. The “mum” in the jokes is always a fictional one.
If you responded to jokes with your fists here you would be relentlessly bullied for eternity for not being able to take it like a man

Seems violence is their first port of call for a lot of things in life. Would explain how strange Americans appear to the civilised world! 🙄

American's would fold instantly in the UK school system, they take themselves way to serious and can't take any of their faults being pointed out which is basically what your mates do for 10 years solid in school
Poor Benjie. I just had a tug in his memory
The series is between roughly 2008 and 2010 I think with the movies later on, but yeah right at the peak.
I do love your reviews guys ❤ love from Manchester, UK
We would always change each others fb pics and passwords 😂😂 This show is basically my later teen years 😂 I had a Jay, two Niels and a tall lanky Simon lol
Love you guys, thanks for the reaction Hope you've enjoyed the show so far 😁
Love these reactions. Keep them coming guys!
Loving the reactions guys. Best wishes from Ireland 🇮🇪
I hope you watch the movies after you finish season 3
john Daly is a god damn legend
I know it's copyright stuff but ur cutting ✂️ half the episode out lads!!
10:10 I clipped a bird when driving, and turned around to check it was OK. I could see the bird struggling to walk, but his wings seemed OK as he was flapping them. (Gender assumed!) As I crossed the road to inspect the bird a car came round the bend way too fast and swerved to dodge me crushing the bird to a pulp.
I've never hit an animal. I was with my brother when he hit a deer. The bloody things are bouncy, it just came from nowhere.
Guys have you seen Greg Davis talking about teaching on the Graham Norton show ?
Brilliant 😂, I got caught by my mother having a HAM SHANK 😂 ,I NEVER BEEN MORE EMBARRASSED 😳

Think you might need to explain ham shank to the yank
In america you’d fight someone over joking about your mothers? In the uk that’s literally all we do
We had a Mr Gilbert character when I was in school. Mr Edmonton. He was a massive guy, seemed to hate his job and the students and there was a rumour he was an ex porn star called Billy Big Balls.
Great reaction lads!

Way too many cuts in this.
Bru me and my close mate still make jokes about each others mums and we're in our mid 20s, although tbf we talk more about the dads than the mums now, (dads are much more fair game)
Camping trip next - one of the best
😂😂🤣🤣👏🏽🫶🏽👍🏽
7:57 so kids in America have no sense of humour then?
First animal I hit was a husky but I think it was suicide cos its owner was an eejit.

Greg Davis becomes all four of the boys. In his other programme Man Down. This episode is the worst of all the episodes in my opinion.
will you guys possibly watch the movies? maybe in separate vids
