you should go to mardi himal or poon hill trek or kore trek its short max 3 to 5 days according to your pace or may be take a jeep and go to mustang or manag region if you are okay with basic facilities than rara lake can be another option , these are some short trek and destination where you dont have to walk 10 15 days and good for beginner
