Next is Apricot Stone or Jan Jan if my sense of ethnic Armenian entries is right. I believe we’ve already done Qele Qele, so that can’t be it. Both songs I love, if it’s Fly With Me I won’t be too disappointed. Prediction: Apricot Stone - Eva Rivas 2010. Jan Jan is a bit to modern, electropop, so Apricot Stone, IMO, is the ethnic choice for tomorrow.

I have no idea about the right pronunciation, but aren't there a lot of different dialects of Arabic? Supposedly they differ quite a lot from each other.

She pronounces it like people of the region do... Egyptians, lebanese and other levantines say Habib Albi as they don't pronounce the ق sound

If she's representing Israel in 2021, does that mean that they canceled their national selection next year, or will she be singing all the songs? Because I they won't be allowed to compete with the same songs, so I wonder how that will work. Either way, that's going to be very different. I know in Sweden there is no way we could cancel Melodifestivalen, it's to big and important. While it sucks that The Mamas won't get to compete in Eurovision even though they won, skipping both this years Eurovision and next years Melodifestivalen would just not be possible.

@@yovelzim Oh, ok, I didn't realize the contest was seperated in two, first selecting the artist in a singing competition and then selecting between four songs for her to sing. So the first part would be canceled or no longer lead to esc, and the second part she will do again?

What is interesting is these black American ladies are obviously very surprised to see Israel represented in Eurovision by all black Israeli Jews, but what they don't realize is the song Eden Alene is singing is about the love she shares with her European Ashkenazi Jewish boyfriend. Israel is a true melting pot of the Jewish people. Black, white, brown. From India, Poland, Africa, Yemen, even Chinese Jews. They young fall in love, get married and produce lots of babies of every imaginable description. Israel real founding document is the Torah and Tanach, that is, the bible. And in this document race has no meaning. The wife of Moses was a black Ethiopian from Kush, just like Eden Alene.

Oh, this song is on the bottom of my list... don't like it at all, sounds like a mash up of several different songs
