That army which attacked on Devsena's Kingdom was not Maaheshmati's Army ...they were Pindaris(Raiders)... Bahubali was not fighting with their own people army that time..he was saving Kuntala Kingdom from the Pindaris (Raiders)... Remember Kattappa mentioned about Pindaris when they saw lot of dead bodies in water...

The elephant headed god at the starting is Lord Ganesha One of the most widely worshiped ,popular and recognised god/Deva in india He is also the son of Lord Shiva and godess Maa Parvati.

the army they fought were the "bandits" (Pindaris), not the Maheshmati army... Queen Mother Shivagami never sent her army (by the suggestion of Bijjaldev) but instead sent the message to Bahubali to capture Devasena... so the army was the bandits....

Disclaimer = Not to offend or hate by any means... As far as i can tell this & every other S.S RAJAMOULI's movie is about CINEMATOGRAPHY, STORYTELLING & VISUALS. And you guys for some reason looking for the logic. Well! Movies are for entertainment & ENTERTAINMENT is an ART... Again, No hate or anger just a friendly suggestion from my side. Keep-up the energy that you folks have. ❤

Go for EEGA it's the most insane to imagine and yet its pretty believable to watch. You will have a blast.

I would not recommend EEGA

If not for Telugu (or any original language), the next best version is always Hindi. So if you don't find the original language version, always go for the Hindi one. Mainly because the subtitles are not messed up (like the Tamil version of Baahubali 1 where the names are changed).

The movie was shot in Telugu and Tamil simultaneously and dubbed to other languages. So the subtitles for the Tamil version will have Tamil names. Hindi version uses the Telugu names I guess.

If you guys decide to watch Sardar Udham, I would suggest to get a new tissue box. 1 box for each of you. Its a beautiful historically accurate movie that will shred your heart. In the first scene with the elephant. The yellow powder is SANDALWOOD. It has a cooling property. The elephant probably got aggressive coz of the heat and Baahubali cooled it down with sandalwood powder.
