Jme is part of a group in the uk called boy better know (BBK) which is a mixture of mc's and producers. A lot of them are based around grime but they include garage, dance-hall and hip hop music, basically a mixture of these similar genres. Jme was a co-founder of BBK with his brother Skepta and that's one of the main reasons why they're both so respected in the UK. Just so you know, Drake fucks with BBK HEAVY, I'm pretty sure that everyone knows that because the UK grime scene has influenced Drake a lot so that was kind of obvious lol.

For the mic part, it’s pyrotechnics. They probably put an atomiser inside the mic and burned kerosene as it exhausted through the mic cover for that effect. It’s actually a really simple project to do.
