Hi Thanks for the kind comments about our people! Just wanted to spew out random Filipino stuff too We still use quite a few Spanish words, but like the other replier said, usually the Visayans say them the most. Some words in the national dialect aka Tagalog are based off of Spanish words. These "American snacks" are actually pretty common here in the Philippines. You could find stuff like cheetos at almost every grocery/corner store. But Twinkies are kinda rare and could only be found in bigger supermarkets.

I stayed in the Philippines for 13 years. And all the snacks the Americans gave are available in supermarkets and malls. Twinkies are harder to find though, they are sold online or in high end supermarkets. I’m surprised none of them have had hot cheetos. I like how the Filipinos gave interesting snacks, filipino delicacies. Great choices! Good video! I enjoyed it!

My guy prolly broke as hell before (aka lived below the poverty belt) or lived somewhere that did not provide American snacks. Also, American snacks are hella expensive here and they are usually not on par with Filipino taste buds so many would think of them as wastes of money.
