I love the format because its not just boom! "Here's how cheese is made". They go through a story while being super informative and entertaining. Keep up the good work.

I was in Vietnam in 1967 and 68, as a member of the United States Air Force, stationed at Phu Cat. I was greatly impressed by the beauty of the country, and the people of Vietnam, if not for all the damn war, I imagined what this country could be like. I recall riding in a helicopter and looking at the landscape below me that look like the surface of the moon with all of the bomb craters, and I wondered to myself how these people can ever rebuild after all this. I really enjoy watching your show because I like seeing the background, and the people, and how much it has changed since I was there. I enjoy your show very much, Sonny, and hope it continues for a long time.

@@guy8646 I agree. It is insane. But it's a hell of a testimonial to the people of Vietnam, that they have been able to build their country back up to what is today. When I was there, I was 20 years old and full of the propaganda of the day. I really believed that we were there for a good purpose. It's amazing how a half century of time will change how you feel. My health precludes me from going back and seeing Vietnam today, but if I were able to, I would do it in a heartbeat. I'm grateful that there are shows like this that make it possible to see that country the way has become today. I have developed a great deal of respect for the Vietnamese people. I don't care anymore what form of government they live under. In so many ways they have proven the propaganda of my youth to be the lie that it was.

I have to say guys, you're making TV for the Internet! So impressed at the level of production. Must be quite an operation. Congrats!

Pizza 4P is legitimately good, up until recently there was very little good pizza in Vietnam. Last trip we tried out Pizza 4P and they were as good as any wood fire Pizza I've had anywhere. The banh mi pizza was sensational.

Living in Vietnam for 3 years few businesses consistently deliver high quality experiences and food like Pizza 4Ps. It even beats out most if not all of the expensive fine dining options in Saigon. I hope one day they expand to more countries.

The amount of effort that goes into these videos are underrated . Road to 6 Million 🥳

I went to eat at one of the 4p restaurants in Da Nang, before the end of my trip in february: as an italian i was really satisfied with their pizza! Kudos!

Did you have to order red-sauce on pizza there? I’m Vietnamese living abroad, we don’t like red sauce on our pizza usually. Most of my Vietnamese friends in the US like crunchy crush and preferred the outside part of the pizza, not the toppings.

@@nguyenthiphuonganh no, the pizza was perfect as it arrived at the table. And we in italy sometimes add spicy olive oil over the pizza, but it's a personal taste.

When my child is old enough I'll be using these video's to educate her on food and production. I also really love how down to earth Sonny is and the fact that he can keep audiences entertained but well educated as well, it's also a helpful thing to have during these hard times and makes me feel like everything is not so claustrophobic. Love the video's Sonny! (Also I am sad to say I am lactose but this all looks amazing to eat, XD )

I envy him when he bites into that mozzarella like an apple.

Content is great! Due to covid and travel restrictions, we are now learning about interesting food production in Vietnam! Never even knew cheese and chocolates, etc, were produced in Vietnam! Sonny and team creates content, the viewers get entertainment, knowledge and information, the businesses get publicity and Vietnam achieves global renown. Truly a win for all! Great production and post editing, as always! Keep it up!

His whole factory series was a great idea and was executed exceptionally.

I love watching the progression of video editing from the beginning till now! It’s so amazing how far your channel has come! And I wait to see more of that fantastic future content that’s to come! Keep up the great work guys!!!

How interesting that two Japanese produce an Italian classic in a former French colony. I‘m amazed by the diverse variety of personalities in Vietnam enriching the culture. Your videos are excellent 👌

This is far from just a regular food review show, this my friend's is a delicious documentary channel and I love it!

I have watched his videos every single day for YEARS as a comfort blanket just to cope with the abuse my mother put me through growing up and now I'm showing his videos to my bf and the family we have started. I loved this video. It was really cool to see them making the cheese inside of the factory, even crazier you have to wear 3 different layers of different rubber gloves to work with the cheese. If I ever went to this restaurant I'd be so excited to try their pizzas!

I can see why they are so successful. They control the production quality from start to the end. Your videos are so silly yet enjoyable.

My long time delight is toast to scoop up cottage cheese for breakfast. Put jam or chutney on the toast for a real treat also. Sooooo Good

You can get lactase enzyme in a liquid or powder form, that way you can enjoy it without all the gas and what not. (Fyi lactase is the enzyme your body makes to break down the lactose in dairy)
