Before we install the shelving units, we make sure to remove the jack from the compartment. It is up to the customer where he or she wants to keep it.

what are the bolt sizes for the existing threaded holes in the transit connect xlt 2018?

Directions say cut bottom cargo padding but in this video it looks like they went through the padding. I don't know what to do

kinda wish there were actual explainations for all of this. This video should be about 15 minutes long. At least show how you do the first few of something, and then you can go back to this repetitive song.

Bought one for Transit Van. Bad diagram. NO installation instruction. Very bad design.

This equipment is far from cheap. There should be a detailed INSTRUCTIONAL video for every model of van you sell equipment for. My company just bought shelves and partitions for 2 Ford Transit med tops and 1 low top. The only video you have is for a Transit Connect? They are nothing like the Transit 350's inside. The printed directions leave A LOT to be desired also.

We need videos of installation, this is useless
