Great drive through Kalispell on Hwy 2 you guys! Stunning and can't wait for the DLC. One thing I have to say (since I live here): at 12:02, you approach hwy 93 - the overhead sign points north to Missoula and south to Whitefish. This is backwards. At this junction, hwy 93 will travel north to Whitefish and south to Missoula. Thought you'd like to know. :)

Yeah, I noticed that too when watched that part over again since I was more into the scenery and did not notice it the first time lol. Since I live on I-90 corridor in Montana so I could pick that apart a lot more than the Kalispell area.

I agree, i saw the spot saying Whitefish is a right turn (South) I drive from Missoula to Kalispell multiple times a week....this is going to bug me if they dont fix it.

Looks pretty cool, another great DLC. I kinda would love to experience the Rocky Mountains tho, some snowy areas perhaps. You shouldn't make us be dependent on mods. Also whoever was the driver in this video, please don't let them drive, they drive too close to left, almost crashed a few times lol

Montanta looks great, can't wait for the graphics engine update (DX12 and other good stuff)

My favorite part of both games is the mountain roads. Namely Colorado dlc and Austria update. Hopefully this dlc has some cool mountain roads! After all Montana means mountain.

27:08 This is one of my biggest pet peeves in ATS. On-coming traffic would not and should not give way to the truck turning left in front of them. It creates uncertainty as to who has the legal right-of-way. That's not how traffic law works in the USA.

Nah, it's ok. Most of the time your engine is muffled in the cab anyway, so it doesn't matter.

Well yes Montana.....I'm laughing just thinking about it, Montana invading another sovereign country haha. I wanted the Russian DLC badly too, sucks their government made those choices but is what it is. Think it was just poor timing after the backlash but I agree the anger should be with the Russian government not the people.

Only reason they haven't done so is because 90% of the playerbase has potato level pcs from the third world. ATS and ETS2 look awful but no one sims to mind

American Truck Simulator Should add all of México in it's updates as one map & Have Compatability with PlayStation! * strip club's and diners & drive-thrus shouldn't be left out! Road rage and bribing,

Yeah, I was borned and raised in this State I have to say I see no major issues as I can tell except for what Takura Izumi noted in a few posts down about the sign. But if you did a video of the western side of the state on I-90 St Regis to JCT 94 and continue east on 94 to Wibaux. I could pick that apart big time since that is the road I travel the most on in Montana because I live on the I-90 corridor and travel on that stretch of road 1 to 8 times a month when I work as a Maintenance man for local owned/operated Service station/Convenience store that has location statewide. Since at times I get called to help at other stores when it gets run down to point that their maintenance person failed to do their job. Most of the time I get sent to the reservation since it can be troublesome at times lol. But this year has been sane since I have traveled 3 times less compared to last year partially due to the pandemic.

Honestly, SCS is still standing still and game is not developing. The map designers did a great job, but why are the maps (except for Colorado) flat? I don't see any road climbs, the mountains are small, the forests without a lot of trees. They need to focus on the technical side of the game so the designers can create more realistic environments. Anyway, fingers crossed for SCS, I'm a big fan and will play the DLC as soon as possible. I'm just sad that with each new DLC, the chances of the company retroactively improving the mountains and road climbs goes down.

there are 2 Parts of road on I-90 that is hilly. Columbus Montana has a small hill, But the one by Butte called Homestake pass is a nasty hill where there is a runaway truck ramp on parts of it.

@@SCSSoftware whilst I was watching it It got removed, maybe one minute after the vid was posted. Finished watching it (sort of) by playing the vid for the two seconds it would play for and then skipped 10s each time until the end lol, kind of annoying but it looked nice from the glimpses I saw.
