In the new version of the game all the UI have changed, so when I press on truck dealers it only shows "Buy Online" or "Visit Selected Dealer". it doesn't show "access mod dealer". It might have changed in the new update so I can access it from other place. I hope you answer me as soon as possible.

No. Please double check your game version and the mod's required game version. Then in the mod manager, check if it says "Active" under the mod you are trying to install.

No, there's no level requirement to activate mods. But in order to buy cars from the dealership, you need money and garage space.

Great video! But when I download a car and go to mod manager the car is there and it does not have a picture. I activate it and I try to go buy the car but it is not showing up. Can you please help?

When you copy the mod to the mod folder, make sure it’s a SCS file and not a zip file. It could also be a problem specific to the mod you are trying to install.

Ah I gotchu. But I'd suggest giving it a try in the interior cam. It feels more realistic especially in these driving sims.@@bronzesun21

Maybe change steering sensitivity and linearity from the settings? Usually, control is kinda hard with keyboard. I've been there.

You can't do jobs obviously with the car. But, you can have them on and still play the game normally. Just when you are not doing jobs, you can take your car for a drive. So you can play with car mods on but you can't use them to deliver trailers.

In the American Truck Simulator folder, you can make a "mod" folder yourself (note it's not "mods")

Did you download a zip file or SCS file? If it's a zip file, you will have to extract it first then copy the SCS file to the mod folder. @@gstackswaggy

If you have it on Steam, it should be the latest version (1.50) as it's updated automatically. Also, in game on the profile select page, you can see it at the bottom right side. (1:57)

The mods just add new cars for you to buy. If you want to get more money, just use one of the money mods.
