The development is located in Huay Yai district. The villa offers 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, open plan living, dining, and kitchen area, and a powder room.

Nice villa but the lack of private outside space/pool is a massive disappointment. Who buys a 'luxury' villa in Thailand without a pool and garden? What a let down.

You can purchase the villa with a large garden and a pool exactly like the show home, but the price will be more expensive. This development offers different choices for different budgets.
