These videos are so great that I totally forgot about my tortilla in the oven and looked over to see the inside of the oven engulfed in flame. As I yelled fire and frantically looked for the fire extinguisher, my brother, who was in the bathroom, ran out because there was a fire, and all I will say is that he had to change his pants.
jen lookin a bit different here
bill vi the signing guy
My family all like to go to my grandma’s house. She lives in a small city named Salem. Her house is big; it has three bathrooms! My dad grew up there. I think the house is swell. My dad thinks it’s so-so. My dad does not like the school there. Why? The teachers. They’re bad. I have one nice teacher named Smith. Dad thinks she’s good. That school needs more good teachers.
The thing that matters most about a teacher is that they help you RETAIN KNOWLEDGE and don't make you feel belittled when you're ignorant. Bill, you're awesome! I haven't been this invested in learning a language in a long time.
I have learned the only valid and necessary sentence ever in the history of everything: "I need more kisses"
You really need to monetize your videos Sir Bill. You're teaching millions of people and you deserve every dollar you can get from views. I appreciate all these videos. I've picked up on mannerisms such expressing myself through brows and lips.
Dr.Viscar is so funny 😂!!! He makes it fun learning. 😁😆
You are my absolute favorite teacher. Not my favorite signing teacher, my favorite teacher in general. Like- out of all of them. Ever. Thank you so much !
If you have a limited/basic knowledge of ASL or if you are watching these videos in order and see how they build on each other I find it nice to watch at a slower speed, that way I can throw the sign out there before the student or Dr. Bill does to know that I actually remember/know it.
I already love Estefanny sm,, she's got a ton of personality and seems to be playing along the jokes Bill makes-- it's great
ive been committed to these lessons the last few months and i feel so fulfilled. i ran into a deaf person last week and felt extreme joy being able to communicate with them. i was surprised at my retention and they were surprised at my fluency. Dr. Bill is the best!
Hello ASL Heroes!!!

I can’t believe I’m actually getting this??
Was skeptical at first about the super drive but 2 years of ASL for $80? I'm in
Hey Bill, I grew up learning ESL from the day I was born. My dad is deaf, and my parents wanted us to have good grammar, so they chose not to teach us ASL. I only learned to sign every single word in every sentence. I am now 39 years old and I feel ashamed whenever I meet deaf people these days, because I look so stupid not knowing what they're saying when my own father is deaf. I also don't see him that often anymore, so now I'm slowly forgetting words. Every time I meet my Dad I have to ask him how to sign something. It's embarassing and I feel like a terrible son for not having learned ASL by now. These videos mean a lot to me and I really appreciate it. I did donate some money to help you out. My worst fear is not being able to say anything about my Dad at his funeral someday. I would be the biggest piece of crap and would hold it against myself the rest of my life. You're a great teacher. I learned something on Lessons 1 and 2 and now I'm on 3. Of course, I know most of it so far, but some of the newer things I had no idea of. I still use all of the old signs, some so old you didn't even cover them as options :D This will be a fun journey!
Love this. I am learning all that I can and Bill is so funny:) And I teach me kids as much as I can as well.
Day three lesson three done and done! I’m addicted... thanks Dr. Bill!
Bill is the homie. I spend hours watching him to learn ASL as much as possible.
