Only in Japan that older chain restaurants are kept alive and almost timeless like Trader Vic's and this Lawry's Prime Rib. Currently, there are no Lawry's Prime Rib locations anywhere in the east coast of the US.

The salad needs a slightly faster spinning bowl and not ice but water underneath to decrease friction even more to keep it spinning. It’s just how I’ve seen it done.

I think that she was trying to make a Caesar salad. The ingredients should be thoroughly tossed instead of spun to incorporate the dressing evenly.

This restaurant's ostentatious showmanship borders on the vulgar. I mean, if the chilled fork, spinning salad, or $9/glass wine (retails online for $8/bottle) didn't do it for you, check out this guy's *giant* medallion at 6:50. It's not in the same class as the teppanyaki places that T-Box films.

The menu didn't make me think America (ketchup level hot sauce is American? The smoked salmon is from Norway where in Scandinavia it's common. And spinning the salad bowl when pouring the dressing?? How low are you trying to go. can't the kitchen make a salad even but have to ask the serving staff to do it for them! - intentional sarcasm for those that are immune. I'm just stunned by how completely "fake" the dining experience is. This whole thing is just complete BS, but they're still asking you to pay for it. That's what gets m annoyed. But the more I watch beyond the "salad-blend-on -show it just gets weirder! After all that preparation - you - yourself- have to be the cook and spice things ans they did - NOTHING!

r4/5/28土1027世.
