It’s a ring binder, used in most offices and for students to keep their coursework in. We use a punch to make the two holes to fit the binder. He shot them with his rifle. Clever advert.

@@daveofyorkshire301 this obviously is the two ring variant. there are also a 17 and 23 ring version of ring binders. They have rings along the whole edge of the paper. 23 is used for A4 and 17 for A5 paper (common European paper sizes)

8:37 "What is that? 😂 A file. How do you sort your papers? Here they are punched and filed in folders. Entire office buildings are full of them. Officials live from these folders. They give him hiding place and food like cows in the pasture. You don't use them at all? That explains why they always break in and search those drawers in movies. Some spy films wouldn't work here at all. The officer sees this immediately when he opens a filing cabinet and a folder is missing. That would be a huge gap.

It is quite common to have an opening at the bottom of European public toilets. What Europeans complain about US toilets is that your opening seems to be higher and above all that you have gaps on the side of the door, so you can look in. I have never seen that in Europe.

I have many channels which I subbed on and if you do it as many as you do... You loose at the end! But myself I'm done as YT-er. Ik ben een nuchtere Nederlander! In other words I'm a sober Dutch! But you're welcome here!
