Hey island girl. I'm an Englishman living in.....well England. I'm quite new to your channel and enjoy it very much. I noticed in this vid. That you mentioned negative feedback regarding your reaction to fred. Specifically regarding a perceived disrespect in your laughing at some of the scenes of fred. May I say that your laugh is wonderful and that there is nothing wrong with your reactions. Some people are wankers don't let them bother you, that's where they get their strength. When you show your insecurities they thrive. Ignore the wankers and just focus on the people who appreciate you and your content. As I and my daughter very much do you come across as very natural and honest without any bullshit. Love and peace island girl. Don't let the bastards grind you down. ❤

Fred was a man out of his time, he was a Victorian living in our times. I had the chance to go and watch him live, doing a talk. At the time I passed it up. It's a regret I'll always have. A well missed character.

Hey Girl, how are you? I used to work for a firm that ran a demolition team, the team foreman gave me some profound advice once, he said "it's not the fall that kills you, it's the sudden stop at the bottom!"

How did you you find Fred !?... I sat and watched every episode when it was aired (many years ago) and I was totally hooked lol... Yep, his accent is classic.. His hobby was steam engines, but how he climbed those chimneys and set up staging on them was unbelievable... Fred Dibnar is a very unique character... I'm glad you found him :D

He might have been a Lancashire lad, but Yorkshire folk loved/love him also. He's still beloved by many folk across the North and all over, the all over is the special part. He and his mate also went on a jolly with a steam tractor engine tour aswell after he finished building it, later on in his life before he passed away. His house and yard is a museum kinda thing also, I'm not sure if they changed hands over the years. But people have documented them all though.

@@gavingiant6900 i say it like this, am from st helens, we hate wiganers, too many years or rivalry, but we stick together we are more alike than not, same with lancashire and yorkshire, the north and the south, and everyon against the french ;). the "southerners" are the cousins we dont like to talk about but if you hurt them we all stick together. only family can be as mean as we are and still love

people get panicky when they see this sort of thing and say thats high a use to turn around and say its not high the grounds low, and when you fall the ground comes up and kills you, when they used to build sky scrappers in the 20s they never build a shell and filled it in later they build a floor then the steel then the floor then the steel so they would only fall on the floor 20 foot below when you climb a stack its not dangerous only part dangerous is when you slip, watch the french man climb theses 200, 300 foot buildings fingers clinging to the windows its madness and scary, there used to be a Jamaican lass on tv in the morning 80s and 90s you sound just like her laughing a forgot her name but if someone reads this they may know her name she used to cook mainly chicken dishes, that Frenchman is insane to do what he did
