In the little city where I live, we have real underwater parking. Divers find bicycles in the harbour sometimes. 😁😁😁

@@Gert-DK Because in the canals in Amsterdam there are thousands of bicycles. You can't throw a magnet in the water there without getting at least 1 bicycle.

The upper racks are not heavy to lift when a bicycle is on it because it has a hydraulic/pneumatic piston to help you out!

'very hard to find your bicycle back' nah, I know my bicycle from a thousand other bikes. The color, brand, the little things I added on, the bags, there is only one bike like that in the row, and I know where I put it roughly, so I can find my bike in seconds when I park at a station.

You’re more than welcome to visit Amsterdam! I cycle everywhere as well since your never stuck in traffic haha. You’ll also encounter almost no traffic lights (outside of Amsterdam) when biking which is nice.

In cities, bikes work. Cars suck.

dont do 6 countries in a small period of time choose one or max. 2 and take your time looking around and do try the local food worst case scenario is that you dont like it doing to much in a short time makes you disappointed and exhousted and you wont have a good time, before travelling check out Rich Steves, an american who teaches travelling to americans

This video is also about cycling in Amsterdam. It is one of the busiest bicycle intersections in the city center. Born in Amsterdam and have been cycling since I was 4 years old, but I too have to pay attention at this intersection. Cycling through the city you don't really notice how busy it is sometimes, but watching this video gives you a different perspective and it's still fun to watch. It seems chaotic but in all the years I've been crossing the intersection here (twice a day) I've never seen an accident. Another thing you should know, if there is an accident between a cyclist and a car, by traffic law the car is always the guilty party, even if it is clearly a fault of the cyclist. kzread.info/dash/bejne/oqWFtdmKfKeve5s.html
