That guy with the different accents is amazing. Theres an American voice actor from Texas who had a speech impediment as a kid , and his speech therapist ended up being a posh English woman. So it left him speaking with a posh English accent on several of the words he pronounced. J Michael Tatum is the voice actor, he now voices majority of all the posh characters in anime

Loved this! I think the thing with Karl saying that he just tries to guess who's going to get the answer right, has something to do with the way he said it, his head was down and the way he was sat. It was almost like a kid in school somehow. Bullshit Man has to become a thing.. you can not leave me so emty mandy of carl-lessnous.that was great mandy infact it was better than great freckin loved dude!!.their was one scene that i would have deleted in the deleted scenes the jesus christ that was utter carbage,until right at the end of that scene where carl had to open up his bag up and show the security what? he had in it.which really pissed him off that hilarious part of that theres one scene i would of definately put in is the one where they were fishing with their arms and karl asked the question has anybody lost a finger the guy replied i've heard stories of people losing arms,fingers and at the same time the look that karl had pictured i thousand words i wish the camera had zoomed in at that point,it would of captured that momment better i feel.thankyou and take care Mandy.GOD!! BLESS!! YOU!!

I m sure you must be aware of the early xfm podcasts from over 20yrs ago....of Ricky, Steve and Carl. If you are not aware of them....check em out. There are so many of them out there. I still listen to them before i go to sleep. Its hilarious.

The mirrored wall was an older apartment they had, they probably lived in a house by the time the 2nd season came around. Also he tried to explain on the Ricky Gervais show that you don't even notice yourself. He basically is trying to say he's not vane, he doesn't look at himself in the mirror on purpose a lot. ;)

It sounds bad when you hear Karl gave up trying to get any of the answers on a quiz show.. but you have to understand University Challenge is MENTAL. You need some sort of sponge brain to have any chance of getting onto a team. For example look up some clips of "Eric Monkman" playing it. When you get around to doing "The Young Ones" classic British comedy one day.. then there is a special epic episode of that too that parodies University Challenge

Not an expert here, I think they put in water with the Zorbing so that you slide more/better. A person will stick to the plastic otherwise and then fall and tumble inside the ball. Maybe I'm wrong, maybe they just want to mess with Karl.

That thing about distracting accents is a thing. The worst one for me was Charlie Hunnams accent in ''The Gentlemen'' it litaraly ruined the whole movie.

I think a lot of the comedy comes from the trips being wasted on Karl. I would hate the trips themselves, but they would be so great to look back on. Except Machu Picchu. That’s my dream trip.
