You can see video footage (no sound) in Sam’s new song Time Will Fly of the day 16 year old Sam, a terrified brand new busker, & a kind 22 year old named Ren who heard his incredible voice & brought his amplifier equipment & instrument over & offered his guitar & 100% of the takings. Sam couldn’t play, so Ren accompanied him on songs he didn’t even know & they made a few hundred pounds. Sam has since taught himself to play guitar because of that day since he knew he was going to try to pursue singing after REN’s encouragement. He’s since was the opening act for Justin Bieber & at a show, Justin surprised Sam & had him come up & sing with him. There’s cell phone video with sound somewhere in the middle of an interview with Sam that should be easy to track down as well from the day Ren met Sam. 💜

Sam is pretty amazing. He's hit more of the mainstream (opened for Bieber) than most of Ren's highly talented friends. I could listen to a whole album of Ren doing songs with people.

godDAMN this was one of THE MOST enjoyable reactions to watch that I've ever seen. This MC session version of the song is hands down my favourite version, and it was a ton of fun to watch you two enjoy it as much as it feels like I do. It gets overlooked for the Angry Car Park Attendant version, which is understandable because that's its own kind of unbelievable performance too, but. This is the version that has my heart. They just knock it ALL the way outta the park here. MAN, your joy and your delight and your amazement and your appreciation of what you were watching was just... yeah. Brought my mood ALL the way up! ... I don't think they do have an album. Not sure if Sam putting in the work on his solo career, including whatever touring he does, has meant it wasn't possible to do more than occasional busking and collaborations, or whether maybe Ren's health keeps him from being able to show up to work on and knock out a big project like writing and recording a whole album (like, on someone else's schedule, rather than "when he feels alright, he records in his room")? I've never seen an explanation for why there's not an album. They've known each other for years and years, and clearly love doing music together. Maybe someone else in the comments has more information (and I'd love to be wrong about there being no album... ) I'm not big into pop, and a lot of Sam's solo stuff is straight up pop, but even if a song's not to my taste I'll *always* appreciate his vocals because my god his voice. The two songs he does that break through my meh attitude to pop are (W)hole, and See Me (very recently released).

It may have been already mentioned, but there is a version of this song done in a parking garage you should react to. They get thrown out but continue to play as they leave. It is a testament to how talented these guys are (and Ren proves he can still make music on a broken guitar.)

They "busk" a lot, perform outside.. you guys need to react to their cover of Man's World! Soul soul soul!

Sam is one of the friends Ren brought down with him from whatever planet he cane from! I am glad for it! Chinchilla too! There are so many different versions of this song and they are ALL good! I like this one and the one with the angry car park attendant!

They did a few other songs together. All fire. And this song alone has 5 versions. Sam's solo stuff is also amazing.

I must say, I feel like your audio has been the cleanest on the playback I've heard. Sam and Ren are a dynamic duo. They need a whole album but they don't have one as far as I know. They created several songs together and have the absolute best chemistry musically. There's a video or two of Sam joining the Big Push on the street while busking but that's all I've seen so far. I guess you could count their mash-up cover songs busking as part of their library together bc they kind of took the songs they covered and made them their own.
