I feel like there's so many rappers that are underrated and not many new heads have listened to them. But Jehst and Chester P are levels above Dave and Stormzy

The "Buff" / "Sexual Harrassment" line refers to a woman. He's saying that no one (women) should touch him without permission, even if they're "buff" (UK slang for pretty/beautiful) because that could get you in trouble...which plays into the paranoia line because these days any touching can be miscontrued as inappropriate, especially unsolicited. It also plays on the parallel of not allowing people you don't know get too close. which is where the paranoia also comes from. Well, it's how I'm hearing it anyway 😅, I could be wrong...I'm not from the UK but I'm a bit familiar with their slang.
