i left a 30 year abusive marriage a year ago, my escape was due to him having an affair with my best friend and sister in law (his brothers wife) i am 57 and starting again, but me and my 2 dogs are happy. safety is priceless

I'm a year late but I noticed no one said about what this song is really about which is daves mum was abused when she was preegnant with him and he wrote this as a true story dedicated to her and every other person in this situation🙏🏽
