American McGee's Scrapland Remastered - A Welcome Surprise

Scrapland was an obscure open world title released back in 2004. Despite the name attached, it was met with slightly positive reviews and was overall forgotten. In 2021, a remastered version of the game was released, which was a nice surprise. Still, is it worth playing in the year 2023?

I remember playing this game for a bit, but not continuing it, probably because I just didn’t get into the game’s groove enough before it got really good. I oughta really pick it back up! The art direction in this game is REALLY good, and a sequel/remake would be brimming with potential in 2023/2024. Great review as always!
I never heard of other games with McGee in the title besides the various Alices
this game has been in my radar for a long time as a "game to play before i stop liking games" but they are so many; im playing nier replicant right now
