Classy design inside and out. I probably want just the regular gas version if I could afford it with regular non active suspension. Virtually no competitor for this entry out there. Softer than Germans, more powerful engines than Lexus, and Caddy has nothing in this class that is competitive. The interior of this Lincoln may be the prettiest out there.

I bought one very much like the one in your video. Black label, Grand touring, pristine white, mine has the luggage tan interior/flight theme. Mine also has a few extras including rear seat entertainment system. I get around 25 mi out of the electric and 25 mpg in excite mode.

Awesome and thorough review. A question I've been wanting it ask is does the vehicle lose any of its 494 horsepower and 630 pound ft of torque when the battery is depleted from electric only driving, or does it somehow still work with the gasoline engine to deliver the same fierce acceleration you describe? Or does this become the 400 horsepower non-hybrid version until the battery is recharged?

I can’t recall exactly because it’s been so long, but, yes, it doesn’t always produce maximum power and torque.

Great review!! I think I have read them all as I await mfg and delivery of our new Black Label! You are right, by the time you spec out a Reserve model you are just about at the Black Label's price without the bennies of Black Label service. I have read a few complaints about the seat comfort and width (even though they are wider than the cadillac XT6). You look like we have similar builds. What is your opinion of those seats??? Again great review, thanks...:)

  • @BrianMakse

Thanks! I really liked the seat, but to be fair, I don’t have any back issues. I think my main complaint was the soft damping, particularly at the rear axle, but even then it’s true to the brand.
