Such an exhaustive and superb overview! I am an Assistant Professor of English from West Bengal but unfortunately never had much exposure to American Literature in either UG or PG. But now with the CBCS syllabus introduced uniformly across the country, American Literature constitutes a significant and mandatory component and I/we have no choice but to engage with it.
