It took the Academy a couple of decades or three to award them so I guess they(Emmys) are doing the same with Evan?! Maybe he will get one for a great movie role versus an Emmy(television) as unfortunately AHS isn't quite as good as it was-it did get better imo this past season but its lacking story content as they are trying to give the fans serious throwbacks. I get it but it becomes harder to be fresh that way!

I will never understand how he wasn’t even nominated for an Emmy for playing Kai

He's most definitely the one to beat as an actor. What talent this man has, it's amazing. It took me reading that he played Mr. March in Hotel for me to know it was him. Evans acting skills are on point !! Johnny Depp had always been my favorite actor, but Evan is quickly beating him out with his range of characters he can play.

Lisa Sironen I totally agree! Johnny Depp, in my opinion, is the best actor out there. EP is definitely proving to be in the same class.

I would imagine that the level of crazy and psychopath that he brought to Kai is of the same actor / mental state that Heath Ledger had to go through to be Joker. I don't know that an average person could put themselves through that. Evan is a 100 % amazing actor.

The Joker role is cursed. It we want to see Evan continue any work don't push for a joker roll. A person can only take so much before really being lost

i agree with him it looked very exhausting..he is such a serious actor and a perfectionist.. so i'm sure he never half assed it.. work paid off thought he was wonderful.. i think he could easily play alex from a clockwork orange.. they need to do like a modern remake and he'd nail it with the accent and eyelash.. thats something i hope i live to see

The interviewer is flipping BRILLIANT. I am a journalist with many years' experience and she is a natural. Super relaxed, fun, and not awkward at all. Which is hard when you're dealing with a big star like this. Congratulations to her!!

As I always say: Evan is the best actor of his generation.

First off Cult would not be good w/o Evan, that look in his eyes that gives off the dark and crazy vibes. He is a villain that I love. And this girl is lucky asf.

This young man is a true talent! I don't think he gets enough recognition. One of his characters that blew me away and have a whole new respect for him was when he played Mr. James Patrick March. He was incredible! I hope he continues with AHS for it's entirety, it was disappointing enough without Jessica Lange. The show was still fantastic but she made it even better.

He was in my store today in NYC and I didn't even notice until one of my coworkers pointed it out. By then it was too late 😢

It's so sweet to hear him talking about working with Ryan and Netflix now that he did it and won a golden globe for that

this is my favourite interview that evan has done, it's just so relaxed and chilled. The interviewer and evan's converstation just feels like two friends having a chat with each other, I love it so much! they are both so lovely :))

he looks awesome in any color of hair but when he got blonde on, omg.. fire alarming.

He really reminds me of Michael Shannon in the sense that he plays creepy characters so well that he scares me in real life but actually he’s just really chill and nice.

I love Evan Peters so much he deserves so much more recognition than he gets and a whole bunch of awards

evan is my fave he is such a great actor and puts so much into his work but in real life he just seems like a normal, cool dude you'd hang out with i don't know, most celebs give off an 'elitist' vibe but evan is so chill anyway, one thing i love about AHS is even if a season isn't up your alley personally (everyone as different tastes) the acting is always rock solid edit: you know now that i'm thinking about it why evan as tate hit so hard i think is because with tate they were going for a kurt cobain vibe (though obviously not psychotic like tate) and evan really reminds me of kurt in interviews to be honest, both really chill tell it like it is non-elitist guys

Hands down, cult was THE best season on ahs, and his acting skills were amazing

I ended up missing this season airing live and was beyond thrilled to binge watch. When I saw the theme I wasn’t excited but this one was an unexpected gem!

His smile is so contagious.

This man is so under appreciated and it breaks my heart. My Husband and I are blown away by every performance of Evan's in American Horror Story. This is clearly a young man who cares about his work so deeply. I'm so glad, as much as I will miss him in Season 9, he is taking a break from this series. I think this took a real toll on his soul. Rest you heart, Evan. I will forever be a huge supporter of you and your career. You're incredible xxx

Evan looks clearly exhausted and lost in his own thoughts, I hope he's feeling better now. By the way, it makes me sick that he didn't win more rewards. Give this man what he fucking deserves.

Is he emo? I feel like he is because he spends so much time on a Horror show and he loves it but he also seems pretty normal. I just love his emo teenager vibe even though he’s like 30

He’s not emo. He mentioned that the characters he plays in ahs took a toll over him and affected his mental state. With this he may seem sad or in a “depressed state”

He's a very good actor, his performing are almost perfect. I think he's a great worker with talent and humility. And the ShowBusiness doesn't give him justice in my opinion.

Watching this season is what made my realize I was in a psychedelic cult. I was in denial for so long and I was brainwashed to ignore the abuse. When he talks about it in this interview it really hits home.. so many similar things happened to me irl that were portrayed in the show.

This interview was so refreshing to watch! They seem so comfortable with each other. Doesn’t feel as forced or awkward as some others.

Such a talented actor. When I saw his acting for the first time I knew he will get the Oscar, it's just a matter of time ❤
