I mean it was straight up a happy ending. I kept expecting it to be either Brooke made a deal with the devil to survive or turns out Bobby is a serial killer. But no. It ended on a happy note. Benjamin is at peace, Bobby is at peace, Brooke is at peace, Donna is at peace, Montana is at peace, Trevor gets eternity with the love of his life, Margaret is going to get the Richard treatment, Richard is still trapped. This is a good ending to my favorite season of AHS.

I can see what you're saying it being a happy ending and all for some of the characters, but what about the people that are stuck at the camp for eternity? That's not a happy ending for them.. that is truly sad. Especially since they have to keep killing their two victims over and over again.

I just finished this season and as soon as the music started up when Bobby started running I was like: HOW DARE YOU!?!? And was so worried that like, Ramirez was gonna pop outta nowhere and knife him... but it actually ended on a good ending! Bobby got his answers and got to say thank you, and good-bye. The Final Guy. I was NOT PREPARED for these feels!!!

This was the most consistent writing and ending of all AHS seasons so far.

I loved this season of ahs. I cried my eyes out. Kept me memorized for every episode. All the twist and turns were extremely well written and acted. Wow

Asylum and 1984 had the best ending. Gave me goosebumps and tears. The 80s will never die. That line hit harder. As i was born in 80s too. 🥺🥺🥺

This made me genuinely cry.

Perfect song to end the series. The Living Years gets me every single time. Damn you Ryan Murphy 😭😭

The song choice here is actually perfect. The song is saying listen to those you love before they die, dont be mad at them and try not to judge them. In the case of AHS, it means judge these 80s rockers not for how they lived. But how they died. They died heroes. Keeping great evil locked in the camp for eternity.

In theory he could go visit right at that gate right? Like he clearly can see them and talk as long as he doesn't cross the camp property line.

Kinda ironic that these days mainstream artist are replicating the old 80s sound. Loved this season.

Definitely one of the better seasons imo. Not like the last one.

The look on Montana’s face made me sad when Bobby ran out of there. I felt it was her longing to get the hell out of Camp Redwood.

Yeah, Bobby, if a ghost lady waves a machete in front of you and says you should leave, you better.

My mom isn't a fan of AHS but she actually like this and we watched it together until the end.

Hotel , Apocalypse and 1984 had happ(ish) endings Cult , Roanoke, Asylum had very dark endings I think Cult and Asylum are both really dark seasons. They’re intense and they don’t let up throughout

This was the first season of AHS I ever watched, I was not disappointed. Kinda sad they have to live on as ghosts in that camp, it's basically purgatory. Anyway, the 80s will never die! Born 1985 baby. Loved Montana's sexy ass!

This was the season that got me hooked on AHS. I was born in the early 90's, but I grew up listening to a lot of 80's music due to my mother's influence. She lives for the 80's.

Like running the hell away from there is definitely close enough to a happy ending that american horror story will ever be plus the lady is right the 80s will never die ever

Great season,great music,great story. Emma Roberts,Billie Lourd,John Carroll Lynch,Leslie Grossman and Cody Fern are awesome. And I love Lily Rabe. This final scene is exciting.

I was born Jan 8 1991, I just dont like how the 90s are being made fun at while people say the 80s was a "perfect" era that had nothing wrong (many things happened in the 80s that werent perfect either).
