I shoot 50 Grains of FFF Goex and 1 ounce of .31 cal balls (9). I shoot ONLY Federal or Winchester primers. If you put your powder on thin plastic sandwich Wrap, then twist it up and tie it with thread. Trim it down to make a neat little bundle (your primer will EASILY burn through the wrap), load it with a 1/2" fiber wad and shot or a slug. Be sure to place an overshot card then another heavily greased overshot card in each barrel(SO both stay moisture proof). Now paint around the primer hole with clear fingernail polish before and after installing the primer. Your Diablo can now stay loaded forever and remain dependable. (For home defense) I too bought the larger grip for both of mine! My triggers were a little sharp on the corners so, a Dremel sanding drum nicely rounds them off. I am 72 years old and can easily shoot a Diablo with one hand! They make a mess of anything down range.....

Have the same problems with my diablo when it comes to primers. I use the triple 7. The left barrel more sticky. Used the 50 pellets with the fast slugs but no power. Using loose powder much better.

Yeah, I just use 2F loose powder for mine.

I haven’t bought them yet but I will next because they’re almost full bore size and I overlooked that. I’m looking at molds now for the 1/2 oz slug, 00 & 000 buckshot.

@thedefensecoalition I have the buck shot mold and the lee .690 ball mold both work very well the .690s are 1.3 Oz With 120 gns pushing it kicks like a very angry Clydesdale

Mine wiggles a little bit. I feel like it should feel like one solid piece when it's closed. It doesn't wiggle a lot but just enough to really annoy me. Is that normal or did they sell me a bunk Hand cannon.

@thedefensecoalition thank you I have tried other primers just with no black powder and only a foam wad and pepper balls, the bp only primers, maybe 250 fps with a non bp only primer much faster much much faster, probably over 400 fps I need a chrono 😆

Only problem with your shirt is that I couldn't think of any reason where I would allow Biden to do that to me, or Trump, but I appreciate your videos on The Defense Coalition and American Gun Craft
