American here and it's no wonder there's so many people here who are sensitive to bread. We all, myself included at one point assumed that it's some kind of gluten sensitivity since that's been hyped up so much, but now it's like who knows what it could be at this point, and there could easily be some other kind of chemical that's present in flour here that's absent in other alternative flours. It makes me feel bad for those who've been diagnosed with celiac who have to be super careful with literally everything. All I know is that I have IBS, and breads, dairy, beans, sometimes rice and pork, it just doesn't sit right with me. There's just so much crap in our food that there's a lot of people in my kind of position who need to pick their battles with food and it's like, "this is supposed to be just food, it's such a basic but critical thing, but those who well and truly need good quality food because they have some kind of allergy, especially when it's a severe one, often can't afford to get what they need, and/or it takes a significant amount of effort.

All of the cheap, prepackaged "pastary" type snacks suck ass and i think all americans know it lol. Nobody eats those, at least where i live
