American Eagle - Maine Cruise Vlog Episode 2 - American Cruise Lines Review

This is the second installment in a series of videos about my recent cruise on American Eagle... the newest cruise ship from American Cruise Lines, and the first of 12 next-generation cruise ships from the line.
I spent 8 days on this brand-new "coastal catamaran" cruise ship... sailing along the coast of Maine and visiting Portland, Bangor, Bar Harbor, Rockland, Boothbay Harbor, Camden, and Bath. This video focuses specifically on Bar Harbor, Rockland, and Camden.. and later episodes will continue the story through the rest of the places we visited.
I am a licensed commercial drone pilot, and there are some incredible aerial video clips in this video, which were shot with my drone. You can tell from the lighthouse in the video's thumbnail that there are going to be lots of scenic lighthouses in this series of videos from Maine. That's Camden's Curtis Island Lighthouse in the thumbnail photo.
Also featured in the video is Acadia National Park, the Owls Head Transportation Museum, the Farnsworth Art Museum, and the Sail, Power, and Steam Museum.
If you're interested in booking a cruise on American Cruise Lines, feel free to use the services of my travel agent, Caitlin Gallagher. She is a certified travel advisor for American Cruise Lines, and can help you make the right choice when choosing a cabin. She knows which cabins on the ship to recommend to you, to keep you from spending over $1000 too much on your cabin. Visit Caitlin's web site at www.ambrentravel.com/

How is the wi-fi on America Cruise Lines? Is it good enough to work on it? Thanks for your great videos.

Thankfully, they've got Starlink Internet now... so, it works fairly well. The first few ACL cruises I did... they had a different Internet provider and it was horrible. But it is much better now with Starlink. Another factor you might not have considered... ACL cruises are different than cruises you may have done on big cruise ships to international destinations. Those ships go way out in the ocean where there are no cell towers. ACL ships are almost always along the coastline or on rivers and therefore you are almost always within reach of a cell tower. So, if you run in to any trouble with the ship's Internet, your phone may very well have a perfectly good 5G connection. And if you want to use your laptop, you could just set up a hotspot on your phone. But for the most part, you'll just use the ship's Starlink Internet... and it will work just fine.
