Slot machines always make me happy when I see them and hear the noises. Especially when first arriving and you still have all your money. Not sure why, just always love the feel of Vegas casinos.

Great vid! Having gone through DFW for work so much, I could never fathom some of the weird rules the flagship lounge had on locking drinks at what appeared random times, glad I’m not alone! Congrats on the room upgrade, looks insane. If you like your pizza on travels, get down to Pizza Rock downtown for a treat 🍕

You're always looking for interesting places to eat. One of my favorites in Las Vegas is called "Batista's Hole in the Wall". Its a local place that serves Italian food. It is over-decorated but the food has always been very good at a reasonable price.

I’ve not visited the Flagship lounge at DFW but Flagship at O’Hare and Miami look a bit more inviting with the self service bars open in the early morning. Do you not travel with some earplugs to block out plane/hotel noise?

I was just in that Flagship Lounge at DFW a few weeks ago. Kinda underwhelming food wise. The beer fridge was unlocked a little later in the day. The chairs were comfortable though and it was a good place to watch qualifying for Singapore. I have to say, the Business Class seats on your 787 were much better than the ones on the 787 I flew to Madrid and back from Barcelona. No storage at all. I believe American is in the process of upgrading all their 787 aircraft to that new cabin. I grabbed one of the rear facing seats on the leg I flew alone and liked that better. A bit more privacy. It was close to the galley but I was never bothered and got a good six hours of sleep. Those Shinola amenities bags were pretty weak. The toothbrush and ear plugs were good but the rest was trash. A decently handy case though... I'm already using it for stuff (plus a few others I grabbed as I left the aircraft). The domestic First Class seats on the 787 are pretty comfortable as you noted but always a letdown after Business Class on an international flight. That room at Caesars is insane. Looking forward to seeing your Las Vegas GP videos!

Depending on what day you landed in Dallas assuming Sunday - Texas doesn’t allow alcohol to be sold until noon on Sundays hence why the fridge was locked is my best guess.

Recently flew AA from dallas to Heathrow (they op the flight on behalf of BA) dreadful!! felt like giving the sstaff on the spot training on dealing with passengers.

On your cilantro tastebuds, seems you have the OR6A2 gene which makes it taste soapy.

It is odd, just got back from a multi city business trip in Europe and I found it odd how every plane had the shades open. Then you make comment how it’s odd in the states it’s always closed. I even go told by a stewardess to open mine when we were landing in Zurich. Idk I prefer closed sometimes just too bright
