There is a function called Dussera mela on October 29th. There were decorations for the mela and we could see Golu beautifully arranged for the Navarathri.The same day we visited Hobby lobby to buy fabrics for my sewing project where I was surprised to see Halloween decors and halloween costume contest for people of all ages.
