No.2 is very noisy since it’s close to the road, so not sure if rentals would like it. No. 1 may give less income but stable long term rental. Fruit trees ko maintain karna bhi padta he so include that in your costs.

Please look for moulds underneath as the houses have no foundation...It does not have enough light ..old house upgrade ...insurance does not cover from air conditioning , to roof , ..lots of renovation,need large investment ..as regards constructing new house ,the permission itself to building needs lot of investment...
